Agility Fuel Systems Engineer interview questions

Interviewed with the Director of Research and Development and 2 of his subordinates. They did not know how to even interview. They just asked questions that they pull from a website through google search. The director has no experience at all for interviewing people. They offer way below the average pay scale for engineers. Overall the interview was terrible.
