I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Agoda (Bangkok) in Mar 2019
Interview
First I got a call from the Recruiter to talk about this position in general which he also asked me about my compensation expectation. After the interview, he sent me 2 sets of SHL tests which were extremely time-consuming and took up lots of hours. After passing the test, I had an interview with the Hiring Manager who was knowledgeable about the position and pretty friendly to talk to, he just asked some typical behavior questions.
After my interview with the Hiring Manager, the Recruiter just went MIA. Hence, I emailed him a week later to inquire about the status and got the automatic decline email the next day. Overall, I think my experience with the recruitment team was unpleasant - the Recruiter made mistakes on scheduling every single interview and very close to the interview date (made it really hard for me to take time out from work for the interviews with such short notice), the lengthy tests (could consume a lot of time if you don't get the position in the end but to each's own), and even in the decline email, the job title is a position that I never applied to. Therefore, the made me question if this is still the company that I originally wanted to work for. I personally would suggest that, since Agoda is planning to grow globally, your recruitment team is the face for candidates and the lack of professionalism in Recruitment will make this organization less desirable.

Question 1
What was the biggest challenge that you have encountered in your current/previous position?
They rescheduled once and forgot about the interview. I sent them an email and they scheduled another one. Asked general questions. Should have canceled once they stood me up in the first place.
SHL Test. HR round. Then interviews with product team about my experience & case studies. Had opportunity to speak to senior managers, which was quite good. Gave me good glimpse into their culture.

That's kinda weird and absolutely inappropriate questions and tests for Project management position.
There is a test which analyses your... i don't know what exactly. It's a bunch of a programmer, SQL, IQ and math tests which have nothing in common with project management position and time for test solving is incredibly insufficient.
