Interview
The process of the hiring depends on how you excel the interview. Some may got hired directly after the interview some may after 2-3 days. They didn't take a long time to give a feedback.
There are 3 stages of the interview, first is with the recruiter through a 30 mins phone call. If you passes they will invite you to a written assessment and face to face interview. Only if you passed the written assessment you will go to a ftf interview.

Describe yourself, what is the most important thing a customer service must have, your weakness, how your work or attitude related to this position and some more basic quest about yourself and this position.

Interview
The Interview process was three parts, one round was with HR overseas representative, then an assessment round and if you clear that, than a final 1 hour video call with the team manager. The interviewers were pretty polite and made sure you are comfortable all through, gave enough time to think over the situational questions. Prepare well as they request you to give real life examples/situations you faced, if you have situations ready you wont be thinking for longer!

Role Play, in which the situation was about a client travelling with whole family to Thailand and being at a five star hotel and not getting the five rooms booked, how will you handle an angry client?
Tell about your KPI
Tell about a real life situation on the job when you faced a very angry customer, how did you deal with them?

Interview
I received an email from hr a few days after applying. I was asked to do an assessment in which i was given a business scenario and only had 20 mins to submit an email response with 200 words. I completed the task and days later i received an email from them saying they will not move forward with my candidacy.

Question 1
A customer ordered an item for their son’s birthday. The tracking status says the item was delivered, but the customer never received it. The birthday was two weeks ago, and they are upset and asking for an explanation and a resolution.
it was okay, since it's entry level the questions are not hard, and even if you are wrong, the recruiter dont mind and will help to educate you the general procedures.
