The recruiter reached out first via email and explained all the process. There were 4 screening questions during the recruiter call which will use as benchmarks for candidates to proceed to the next round.
You got the result in a couple of days.
The next round will be with the managers of the role, for me it was with two managers offline at their office. Everything was casual, like a conversation more than an interview. The questions are not typical interview questions, most of them related to in-depth knowledge of the role.
It took them about a week to inform that they will not proceed further with my application, after I sent followup emails.
