I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Agoda in Mar 2015
Interview
2 online tests, 1 call interview with the HR 2 Skype interview. Average questions, previous experience, why did you apply, what are your strength/weaknesses, one role play during the second interview. My last interview was really bad, i had the feeling they didn't want to hire me from before, the lady was rough. I failed the last interview. They sent me an email saying that I am not matching the requirements. I have many years of successful experience in this role, so I would like to know the real reason in order to grow professionally, but they refused to tell me.
