Interview
There are 4-5 processes for interviewing
You have to wait around 3-4 days to get invitation from Recruiting team after you have submitted your CV. After that, you’ll have around 3 rounds of interview and each round, you can book any time you’re convenient. First will be HR online interview for 30 minutes and there’s nothing hard, just asking about your working experiences and simple decision making questions and then within 30 minutes, HR will give you the result. Second round, you will talk with your future manager, it’s quite the same questions with HR round but more deep in details. This round takes around 40 minutes and you’ll get result by the end of the day to appoint the next round with director. In director round is quite quick as it takes around 20 minutes with the same questions with HR and manager round but with different perspective that director would want to test you. For me, I wait around one week to get the “YES” result. The overall process takes around 1 month.
Clear, straightforward process and they will inform you the result in a reasonable amount of time. In my case, I heard back from the manager within an hour after the final interview.
