I did several SHL assessments, since I’m familiar with SHL like questions for several position I did several round assessments and I can assure that I get over 90% accuracy but every time I finished test there is no feedback, and for the last time the personality question was already fulfilled but other part not … so I just suspect I did all of those assessments for other candidate! And many positions are hiring for years and in todays market there are many fake positions but I didn’t expect Agoda doing this tricky because it’s big company and I also checked those positions they are hiring from 2020/2021 for same position today is 2023! If you are not really hiring please stop wasting candidate’s time and stop this “hiring for advertising” trick, just sick of it

Data reasoning, inductive reasoning, deductive reasoning, SQL, IQ- based image reasoning, Word problem, shaded region questions, etc.
It was very difficult and lengthy one . Process is tale around one month time . Many round will be there and it is difficult as well .first round will be shl followed by interviewer screening followed by two others round and final is behavioral round

Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to schedule an interview. After filling out the application form she requested, I received an automated rejection email. I asked what is going on and they told me the interview is cancelled, without any reasoning. Why reach out then?

1 hour with a product leader - 30 mins competency based questions. 30 mins on the spot case study questions - a situation is presented and then questions asked about how you would look to solve a specified product problem - what hypotheses do you have, how you can test it and using what data.
