Interview
Interviewed for a Salesforce role with the CTO and HR(?), the behavior questions were normal, but the "technical" questions made it obvious that they had no clue what was going on. The CTO was so full of himself that he kept insisting that he could do everything himself (even though it was painfully obvious that he could not.) His questions were so bizarre and he kept asking the most basic questions in an extremely convoluted way (while also including the answer that he wanted in the question.) The organization did not use Sandboxes at that time and the CTO seemed reluctant to move away from developing directly in Production and seemed to imply that he would continue "developing" in Production even if the hired user worked in Sandboxes. (He also said that he had written Apex....in Production, so not sure how accurate anything he said was.) The biggest red flag was that the CTO kept talking down about his Salesforce account rep saying that she was "annoying" and kept "nagging" (him to use Sandboxes....which yes, she should be.) His overall tone was so dismissive of her which was eye-opening considering that same account rep was the person who was trying to find someone for them. I knew instantly that this company would be a horrible fit as it seems that the CTO was looking for a yes-man and not someone who knows what they're doing. Luckily it seems that they agreed that I would not be a great fit and we didn't move forward.

Interview
Applied for job on Monday , and Tuesday I received a phone interview from a outside company of their behalf. I was called late afternoon on Tuesday by HR to come in for a face to face interview. I came in on a Thursday , I had a panel interview , there were 4 people asking questions . All very nice and not too intimidating process. I got a call Friday morning asking if I could come back in there was 1 more person who would like to interview me. I came back in to another 4 person panel interview. I was told to wait in another office , and then they made me an offer.
