      Pros

      Wild turkeys, deer and skunks freely roam the parking lot. Plenty of windows. Super secure facility, maybe planning on going into the marijuana market, but probably not with any of the employees they have now. I'm not sure if it's super clean like it was, but that was before the corporate take over.

      Cons

      The security makes it impossible to quickly dart to your car.
