Interview
An initial video interview with CTO and CEO in order to check cultural fit and learn more about the position. If everything goes well in the initial interview then you're invited to a technical interview with the dev team.
Very casual, and open during the whole process. Very standard questions and conversation. There weren’t any surprises. The whole thing was done on zoom. We both decided that it was not going to be a fit and decided to move on after the first interview.
