      Supply Planner Interview

      1 Oct 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Air Up in Oct 2021

      Interview

The interview was scheduled for 30 mins. I was talking with the Head and VP of SCM. The Head is a nice guy. But the VP gave me the feeling that she is really defensive to anything. When I had the chance to raise my questions, I asked about their model with tap water. There have been some concerns about hard tap water with KALK, what about water from bottles? She said whenever she went anywhere in Germany and Europe, she always drank tap water. And tap water is safe and lalala. And she told me that it's the thing that foreigners can't understand, especially those who come from countries where tap water can't be drunk directly. YES, I am a foreigner. That's really offensive and discriminating against the candidate that she was talking to. I decided not to proceed with the application because for sure, I would not get along well with her even if I were ever chosen for the position.
