Aira interview questions

I was invited to an initial interview by a recruiter from AIRA. Over the course of a week, we scheduled three separate calls. Unfortunately, each call was either rescheduled at the last minute or the recruiter failed to join without prior notice. No answers through phone, email, or LinkedIn. Two days later, I received an automatic email saying the position had been filled. This lack of communication and professionalism was extremely disappointing. I would caution others about what this behavior might indicate about the company's culture.

Applied through a JobBoard in November and had six interviews, including two with HR. Got rejected. In January, the Hiring Manager reached out for another role and forwarded my documents to HR—three more interviews and two reference checks. I was even invited to the office twice, spending two hours there each time. After a week of waiting, they rejected me again, citing a lack of experience, even though they initially encouraged me to apply. They knew this before even checking my references. A frustrating and unprofessional process.
