Received an interview call for the rotational program and had to follow up with the recruiter a few times before I managed to have a call scheduled. The call went well but due to the high number of competitive candidates, I wasn't moved on to the next rounds.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Airbnb (New York, NY) in July 2023
Interview
Overall, the process took 2+ months. I had two recruiter screens, where I was asked behavioral questions. These rounds were more in depth than a typical recruiter call. Next, I met with the hiring manager. He also asked me behavioral questions + one hypothetical. I was then given an assignment to complete. In parallel, I began my onsite interviews - one with Engineering, one with Design, then one with HR. I then presented my assignment to a panel of three Product Directors, followed by on-site interviews with two of them. All questions were behavioral.
