Not difficult. The interview is a two day process. They basically ask you if you'd be comfortable with the "job description" which turns out to be a $10/hour position, even though they sell you a false dream in the interview.

Interview
I was asked a few typical interview questions, that I never got to give a customer complete answer to. I instantly had a 2nd red flag. This person could careless is my goals & this company line up. The first was when I saw the location & walked into an office with name on the door, no receptionist or even the sound of anyone working. It felt like the setup for a bad horror movie when your about abducted. Then a model of a sales position was laid out for me. At that point I stopped listening, I applied for a Customer Service position NOT sales.
This was a classic bait & switch. I was polite but got the hell out of there as fast as my feet would carry me. DO NOT TAKE THIS INTERVIEW UNLESS YOU ARE INTERESTED IN DOOR TO DOOR & IN STORE SALES W/COMMISSION ONLY.

During your interview we do ask the typical questions asked in any interview you will attend. In our company we treat our employees like family and we truly dedicate ourselves to finding out what your goals and ambitions are so that we may help you achieve those. We are currently working towards getting a receptionist in our office, however myself and the other manager are more than happy to help with yours and anyone else's needs until we are able to do so. I noticed you mentioned you had not applied to a sales position, however in our ads we always mention sales. Customer service and sales are what make up a typical marketing firm and we make it clear in the phone call and during your interview that this is a sales and marketing position and what interested you about the position in particular. I also wanted to clear up any confusion about how we handle our marketing practices. It is stated multiple times that we do not participate in any D2D, B2B, or telemarketing services. This is strictly inside sales and all of our positions are salary based with the opportunity to earn commission on top of your salary each week. We do appreciate the feedback and look forward to using this as a tool to make sure there will be no miscommunication in the future. Great interview really personable really able to see what the company is detailed of and they ask a lot of questions so it's no gray area in the process. They make sure it's a good fit and always have quality individuals from what I seen when I was sitting in the lobby.
