It was awful experience - mainly from their CTO who is just unprofessional and incompetent. This CTO judges your previous company's tech decisions just based on their knowledge - it is OK if it's a fair technical discussion between pros and cons but unfortunately it is not. They are trying to judge you more than assessing your capabilities. A competent CTO should at least know tech decisions are from business needs, not someone's past experience. Besides, would a professional CTO care their phone more than the candidate in an interview? Reschedule it or just leave for some time, or even better just say let's end it, but please at least show some politeness by not diving into your phone 10 times in an interview.
