Three rounds in the interview process: 1) HR screening, 2) hiring manager, 3) live case study. The third round was very much like consulting interview at BCG or McKinsey. Very nice team members, a little slow process otherwise.

Interview
One of those where you get encouraged to apply by their recruiter and then you get rejected after stage 1 for "being overqualified". The worst part? Lack of feedback, even when requested.
