Airwallex Risk Manager interview questions

Approached and linkedin by recruiter had initial call seemed like a good opportunity. A interview was set up with hiring manager. Hiring manager seemed rude and in a rush, the job spec provided differed from the spec provided by the recruiter. Was told I would get a follow up within a few days and debrief with the recruiter but airwallex ghosted me. Throughout the process I had the Glassdoor reviews at the back of my mind and was really hesitant to waste my time with this job application. Also when requesting the roles salary was told that you get starting equity and salary was bench marked to industry... This reflects a lot of reviews on here whereby they low ball you with offers. Think they are a bit delusional about the growth potential of this fintech and leaderships overarching strategy. Complete waste of my time.
