The company was very disorganized. I had two people trying to schedule the first interview with me. Both were unaware of this until I CC'd everyone involved to sort out who would give the interview. After moving on to the next stage and providing my availability, my recruiter didn't respond to confirm the date. A week passes, and I follow up with new avail abilities (since the old ones passed). My recruiter ignores the times I provided, and asked for days outside of my specified range. I declined to continue with the second stage. Seemed like a disorganized, group of interviewers who are not serious about "rushing candidates through the process" like they said they would. Disappointing.
