The interview was friendly and professional. I was interviewed by the head chef and restaurant manager. They asked about my grill experience, doneness handling, and knowledge of meat cuts. I also discussed my experience preparing wagyu beef, tomahawk steak, and lamb chops. The interview lasted around 25 minutes and focused on both technical skills and teamwork.
