Was contacted by a Consulting firm, initial screening by consulting firm.
1.Telephonic Interview by Practice manager: mostly on the candidates previous experience and any knowledge on Akamai as a company and their products
2.Onsite Whiteboard Presentation: Topics were given a weeks time on HTTP or DNS with detailed sub topics
3.Puzzle Round: Were simple/medium level 4 puzzles
4.Meet and Greet session with the team: To know what they actually do on a day to day
5.Managerial round: Basically to check your interests and attitude.
6.Online Test: To check communication Listening/Writting skills
7.HR discussions: Salary compensation.

Scenario based questions on HTTP1.0 and their examples
Since I don't care at all about money, I asked for the exact same salary I currently earn, instead of asking for 20% more than my current salary, which is what literally everybody does.
The recruiter accused me of thinking only about money and made clear no assessment of my skills would have been performed in order to establish if I'm worth that salary or not.
The day after I got an email stating that I was not selected.
