Call from recruiter, then call with on-site recruiter, then call with hiring manager, then call with Senior CEM, then face-to-face for 4.5 hours at the Soho office. 40minutes technical questionnaire, 45 minutes presentation based on a scenario I was emailed a few days before, then open questions from the team.
Sounds a lot and I was a bit fried afterwards but I actually enjoyed it.
Everyone was really polite and professional and kept in good communication.
Although it was obvious they wanted more fundamental technical detailed knowledge than I had time to refresh (already currently working in a very busy job with many non-technical tasks as well as technical and limited time to spend prepping), I always learn really quickly so despite not having much time to prepare I would be able to learn anything new really quickly, and since they called me and I wasn't looking or learning about them beforehand I figured that was understood, but in this case that meant some really basic technical things were asked and I couldn't remember or hadn't refreshed, so it pays to prepare well.
