Phone interview, video, in office.
They hired an incompetent person to lead hiring process. He was searching web on me (which is illegal for employment) and even started asking me questions on it. Then he wanted background check prior the offer, which is illegal too. We are in process of filing legal actions against this company. I would strongly recommend to avoid working there.
