Interview
Arrived at hotel around 7:00 am. Checked in. Everyone was very friendly. Was asked to take off shoes for height test. Sat in a large group and watched a presentation about Alaska Airlines. We then broke off into smaller groups and casually chatted while we waited for our group interview and one on one.

They asked to share a time when a customer was upset and how we solved the problem.
In person at Alaska Airlines office.
Individual interview, second individual interview then lunch break , group interview.
It was very friendly and fun experience. Smile and interact other people
Ask questions and stand out
The interview process is lengthy and in depth. They really dive deep. Overall, it was a great experience and ensured that they find the right fit. I did end up accepting and am awaiting training.
