I applied online. I interviewed at Alaska Airlines in July 2017
Interview
It was a lengthy process but well worth it in the end! The overall process took about 3-4 weeks. I applied online in the middle of June and I got an email within 1-2 days inviting me to a video interview. I heard back from them a little bit over a week after the video interview with an email inviting me to the next step in the process which was a group interview held in the middle of July. It was at a hotel held in Tempe! They gave me a choice of 2 time frames for my group interview and I wanted the morning one and they suggested I be there an hour early. The first hour of the interview process was orientation and all about Alaska Airlines and their core values and all about the company, including benefits and if we would be a good fit! They then called your name with a one on one interview time and recommended you be around the area within 10 minutes of your call time. There was a lot of time in between if you weren't one of the first candidates to be called so you could leave and come back. After your one on one, (they went over your resume and talked about your past experiences and asked a couple of typical interview questions) you waited yet again for your second interview where they had you go online and make a reservation and ask various questions a customer would ask if they called in to make a reservation, you had to research the answer, it was very simple if you have ever made your own online reservations. They proceed to ask a few more interview questions. You then waited for an answer if you were hired or not and if so, you immediately went to take your company photo, etc!
It was a very lengthy but easy interview! It was behavioral based questions so Google those type of questions. You will know by days end of you got the position or not! Wonderful company and benefits!

Interview
Very quick and easy! Orientation invite was first and then an in person interview to follow! It was overall simple and informative. Low stress and exciting. I’ve never felt more welcome in interview settings
I had a prompt interview after they received my application. There have been easy automated communications. Then a group Teams call with all candidates from three contact centers. They have supplied many emails and phone numbers for follow up.

Interview
Fairly easy. Apply online and based on experience you're selected to view a presentation and then proceed to an interview. If interview goes well, you will receive an offer and proceed with background check and drug test.
