Interview
I was hired in 2015. We had a large group during the introduction then were split into groups of 4. We were instructed to create a new idea that could benefit the airlines and the customer experience. After that we had an individual interview with 2 current employees, one was a supervisor and the other was a team captain. After the individual interview they sent us back to the room where everyone was waiting and chose the individuals they would like to offer the job.

Typical interview. The manager made me feel like I was going to get the job. Explained the arduous job but made it sound easy. Didn't talk about the pay but I knew it was way under what the living wage is for this area.

Straight forward. Asked mostly about availability and willingness to do overtime. The job requires punctuality since you are working along the daily flight schedule. My interviewer was interested in how well I can work along that time frame.
