Interview
After submitting my résumé an application, I was invited to submut a video interview. The process was very comfortable and easy. They asked a series of six questions and I was able to re-record my responses as many times as I needed to. I am still in the process of interviewing, so no offer has been offered yet.

1. Describe a time when you went above and beyond for a customer and showed excellent customer service
2. Describe a time when you were in a stressful situation with your coworkers and what was the outcome.
3. Describe a time when you had to follow rules for a company that you worked for and what did you do to ensure that you followed them?
In person at Alaska Airlines office.
Individual interview, second individual interview then lunch break , group interview.
It was very friendly and fun experience. Smile and interact other people
Ask questions and stand out
The interview process is lengthy and in depth. They really dive deep. Overall, it was a great experience and ensured that they find the right fit. I did end up accepting and am awaiting training.

Two virtual interviews that included an AI interview, a personality questionnaire and a “test” of your ability to use resources provided to answer flight-related questions. After that you’re invited to an in-person interview.
