The most unprofessional and unethical company. They started communicating with me in May and conducted multiple rounds of interviews over a period of 1.5 months. The Client service manager took weeks to reply to my emails. They roped me in for couple of months giving me false expectations that they gonna hire me. After conducting my reference check and discussing my salary expectations (which they agreed upon) they decided to stop communicating with me without giving any reason or feedback. I contacted them several times to get a clarity but they did not reply to any emails or phone calls. Finally, the customer service director received my call and said casually that it's a junior role and I am senior for that position. They realized that I was senior for the role after wasting my two months and conducting three rounds of interviews and reference checks. They put the position on hold twice during the interview process. I would never recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a job in a decent company. They will simply waste your valuable time and will stop communicating with you at some stage. There seem to be some office political issues going internally in this company which makes the recruitment process worse and exhausting. They also expect people to work odd hours and extra hours every week.
