Undertaken two interviews: The first interview is with the HR manager through Video interview, the entire process is very clear and smooth, and i am feeling like they are trying to find out your passion and why you want to step into the medical industry, and this is very important, i think the first interview is to find out your value which makes sense, it will be costly and disruptive to bring the wrong one into this industry. The second interview is on-site group interview where you need to demonstrate your past projects and your coding skills, you will interview with people from different tech departments, and they are really fun bunch of people, the interview process is really clear, it lasts around 1 hour, and i really enjoyed talking and communicating with them, i am feeling like every one is valued and have an equal opportunity. although sadly i got no offer because i don't have enough React.js experiences, but it is ok, i will for sure apply for Alcidion again if there is any new opportunity comes up that suits both of me and Alcidion, it is really a good company where you can make a difference and work with like-minded people who wants to make an positive impact on the community!!
