The interview was supposed to be in Spanish, with a PPT presentation, and also with the Spanish Market Manager. In the end, this Person couldn't be there and was replaced by someone from HR (Who didn't speak Spanish at all) (I do speak Italian but I'm not a native speaker) So I was interviewed in italian with two others candidates (native italian speakers) who were, at least, 15 years older than me, i.e. with 15 years more expierence than me. The interviewer only asked me 2 questions, and she told me that the interview was great and that I was going to have another interview but in Spanish. One week later, I didn't have any news, so I sent an email asking for the date of the second interview... I had any reply.
