Algorithmics (Russia) IT Teacher interview questions

They sent me tests and asked me to record videos about my experience. After completing everything, they ghosted me. I did not receive any feedback for a month, so I had to contact the recruiter. He told me the process was on hold and that they would contact me later. I still have not received any response from this company. They also mentioned in the email that candidates would receive $65 if they were not selected, but they never sent the payment, any additional information, or feedback. Overall, it was a very bad experience.
