It started off with 3 tests, aptitude, personality and English. Then there was a technical interview in which you had 4 hours to submit an assignment. After that came the actual interview with HR and FCM ( Funding Consultant Manager ). Then there was review call where compensation package and other HR related things were discussed. That was the final step which was followed by an Offer letter.
