First interview was pretty basic asking me questions to align expectations. I got presented with an aptitude and English test which I cleared. Instead of moving onto the technical test they closed the job position in the middle of my selection due to an awkward recruitment process.

Interview
HR themself approached me unexpectedly via professional portal, claiming my profile matches their requirement. Was asked lots of unnecessary details before 1st round. Cleared Aptitude and English tests rounds. Was asked for time slot for 3rd round, gave same but no response. After sending reminder, they say that position is kept on hold, strange! I moved on. After 3.5 months, another HR mails that position has reopened and asked me to complete two unpaid assignments within 24 hours. Cleared it for interview, more unpaid assignments. Overall went well, said they'll revert. Again, after a week sent them reminder & within 5 minutes I get response that there's no match between profile, role and company! What an inconsistent judgement, why even approach me in 1st place? Unprofessional startup lacking basic courtesy.
