They will get you to do a math test but will hire almost anyone. During my interview, they didn't even do the math test and trainer didn't feel like it.

1st Telephonic Interview . second was a 6 week intense classroom training and tests and sorting of candidates. Training on trading software and bank bills. Preparing of daily morning reviews and day trading plans. Also including end of day trading review and debriefing . Learning from trading outcomes. last two weeks were trading live in the training program and then the final candidates were chosen based of on the results.
