Interview
After you put in your application, a couple days later they will call you, to offer an in-person interview with the manager, Ryan Long, then you interview, it's easy, just a couple of questions. Then you will walk around the gym, maybe look at a few coaches while they work. Then if you get hired, you will come in to train how to spot the tumbling, stunting, etc. After training, you'll shadow, or help out a different coach with their class to start getting the hang of it, and finally, work to get your own classes.
