Interview
It was initially communicated that there would be only two interviews, after which I received a verbal confirmation for the role. I was then asked to attend an additional interview a week later with a new interviewer, following which I again received a verbal confirmation. However, the formal offer letter was issued only two months later.

Share a difficult situation with a coworker and how you overcame it.
1 interview with an exec. Hiring manager said they were going to make an offer, but had to organize budgets internally and then ghosted. Neither the exec or HR would respond to emails.

They had told me about a business case I had to prepare, they said it was a "quick one", but it took a full day of work to complete. I didn't hear back from them so emailed them back after 4 weeks, another 4 weeks later still no response.

I got contacted by HR and had 2 call with them, first with the HR lady and then my potential manager. First very generalistic, second very specific.
