They sent emails to self schedule 2 interviews with different clinicians. Asked questions about your work history, hypothetical clinical questions, and your preferred orientation or population. Fairly streamlined process and each interview took approximately 30 minutes.

Calm and relaxed...the interview mostly focused on clinical experience. They wanted to know about my professional goals as well. They provided information on the structure of the company and operations.
