Allstate HOA Management interview questions

Interview was more of a conversation than an intense interview. Met with a couple people in management at the same time. They were very nice, one asked all the questions.

Straight forward. Not an extensive process. Meet with senior leadership to discuss background and how there could be a potential fit. They consider all backgrounds and look for customer service experience and how potential employees will work with their colleagues.
