There is a test at the beginning. They are asking to do some math and tell what time it is on the clock. The test is very easy. The interview is very easy as well.

Interview
It wasn't really like an interview at all. A few of us were asked to come to a nearby hotel where we were given literacy and numeracy tests. Some of the people weren't even dressed in formal clothing. It was more of an informal interview/chat, than a professional event.
