The initial interview took approximately 3 weeks to align schedules. I was asked to complete a wonderlic test, a mental ability exam and a video recording asking basic questions. I was contacted a week later with request for a formal in person interview in Glenwood Springs, 3 hours away. They paid for a hotel Sunday and organized to have me interview the following Monday morning. The interview was fairly awkward, the two C-level executives asked me generic questions from a paper, nothing pertaining to finance, accounting, more “what do you do on your free time?” And “how do you feel about shaving your facial hair?” I found the line of questioning to be antiquated and irrelevant. The C-levels want to meet the clients prior to an offer being extended. You may wast six hours of your time driving. This is a very small town and the executives are all locals that have spent most of their lives in the town
