Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 stages. The process was organized by a subpar recruiting firm.
First stage was phone screen that was about 30min.
Second stage was meeting in New York at a lawyer's office since the firm did not have an office.
Third stage was meeting at the office in Wilton where you meet with the entire team including the partners.
