it is a 2 round process which includes online test to start with, after clearing the test there will be a second on call invterview. After clearing that you will have to wait for next confirmation email.

Getting Shortlisted is the most difficult task. once you get shortlisted the interview process is relatively easy if you have moderate efficiency in English. In that they ask questions that test if you are comfortable with English or not as you have to handle US/UK clients. Apart from that there is a psychometric test.
