There was an initial online test that needed to be taken and then a virtual interview that consisted of two parts. One initial screen with one person and then a second interview with two people on it. Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and professional.

They asked about a time when I had to work in a team to meet a difficult deadline or complete a complicated project.

Straight forward, no phone screen, online assessment, two rounds of interviews. 45 min each and asked standard behavioral questions. Know your 17 principles from Amazon. Other than that it was pretty simple

Consisted of two back-to-back 45 minute interviews. Both contained behavioral questions. Interviewers would ask follow up questions for more clarification and more depth. Interview tips that are given to you before the interview are very helpful. The questions were very straightforward.
