The process started with an online assessment (OA) consisting of coding questions and a work simulation style section. The coding questions focused on data structures and problem solving. After passing the OA, I had a final round interview which was technical and behavioural. The technical portion involved writing code live and explaining my approach clearly. There were also questions around system design fundamentals and troubleshooting scenarios relevant to infrastructure. The behavioural questions were based heavily on Amazon’s Leadership Principles, so I would strongly recommend preparing specific examples using the STAR method.
