Very lengthy. Multiple people in one day and is very data driven even for non technical roles. They are very heavy on the STAR method and highlighting their leadership principles.

1hr phone screen w/recruiter + 1hr interview w/HM + 6hr final interview + 1hr interview w/ tech recruiter not planned. They did not adhere to the 2 & 5 day decision timeline and not all interviewers seemed informed about role scope/expertise.
