Met with the recruiter first, then a peer, then went through a loop. The recruiter did a great job prepping me for the interview. I got stuck when I had issues describing a system I built about 4 years ago that was a simple application. I think they probably wanted to see something I managed at a larger scale. I did not get the job, but I set the bar on leadership principles, so I was asked to be put in a different job series for a mini loop. Just awaiting that process now.
