Had to interview with more than a half dozen folks over the course of weeks. Then, I had to take a "test". The hiring process would not proceed until I took this "test". For someone who was clearly more than qualified for this position, this mandatory "test" was an insult.

It was a loop - five interviews back to back. They were very difficult. They were all virtual. The recruiter got back to me four days after with an offer.
