I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Singapore) in June 2022
Interview
Interview loops covering leadership principles (google for the questions to prep yourself). Get HR to tell you which LPs are being covered for each interview. 5 interviews as part of the loop regardless if you mess up one. Then interviewers will have a round table to determine if you should be hired. Usually there will be one bar raiser in the group, and the bar raiser is typically not from the team at all and purpose is to give an unbiased opinion. Important to do that interview really well because bar raiser and hiring manager have the final veto rights.

Interview
Two screening phone interviews followed by a loop with five interviews in one day. Found it to be very efficient. The loop day was long but I preferred that to interviews spread out over several days.
