Recruiting provided detailed documentation about the process and helped to prepare for the interviews effectively. Multiple interviews were organized in a sequence for one day. This made the whole process efficient and fast. Most interviewers invested energy to be inclusive, transparent and supportive. Overall, it was one of the most professional interview process I have ever experienced.

The interview process is focused on previous experiences that are providing data points about the candidate's match to the Amazon Leadership Principles.
First round is 90 minutes of virtual interview to ask about the technical questions, project experience and some questions are related to AWS behaviour principles. If first round is passed, second round will be a series of back-to-back interviews from different teams

Multiple interviews one after the other online. From the hiring manager to other solution architects. A lot of emphasis about the leadership principles. Overall well organized process. They insist to work with their Chime tool instead of using zoom or something more appropriate

Design a web application, with emphasis on security and networking
Start off with a screening interview and if you do well enough, you move on to the more intensive interviews. Screening interviews are done with fairly young and talented individuals who really know their space.
