The first step is a competency test for the specific role. Once that is passed, the HR rep gets in touch and discusses the process. The HR rep was very competent and thorough. The next step was an in-depth interview with a senior Solutions Architect. The SA I spoke with clearly was not a very competent interviewer and asked extremely vague questions or overly specific questions about certain tools.

Technical questions are expected, but be prepared as the process has changed, and now they ask about Nvidia arch, and INtel arm based arch too which was not expected as per their previous records but yes now they include it.
