The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Buenos Aires) in Aug 2024
Interview
For a company as big as AWS, it's a shame they have such a bad process.
Scheduled an interview twice, that got canceled without notice, and with me having to wait 20 minutes in the Room.
I moved forward to a second interview, and it wasn't a bad interview at all, and to be honest, I underperform, so I understand their decision not to move forward with my profile, but they took three weeks to letting me know.
